Pricey but worth it! The chef behind Mr. Taka, Chef Takatoshi, opened up a Michelin Star ramen house in Japan- Bigya Ramen. Noting the accomplishments of the Chef, you can be assured a quality bowl of ramen using fresh and seasonal ingredients! Very impressive!
